Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the bond registration cancellation of the bond registering institution from 03/12/2024 as follows:

From 03/12/2024, bond code GLH121026, ISIN VNGLH1210262 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for GLH121026 bonds.
VSDC will withdraw all deposited GLH121026 bonds on the effective date of cancellation. VSDC's Members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited GLH121026 bonds from investors' accounts on 03/12/2024 and inform related investors accordingly.
The cancellation of bonds registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. GLEXHOMES Joint Stock Company is responsible for managing information about bonds and bondholders after the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
