Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Payment rate: 104,815.068 VND/bond
+ Bond interest: 01 bond receives 100,000 (VND) x 9.5% x 185 (days)/365 (days) = 4,815,068 (VND), rounded to 3 decimal places;
+ Bond principal: 01 bond receives 100,000 (VND);
+ The total principal and bond interest actually received by the bond owner will be rounded to the nearest VND (if the first decimal digit is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up, if the first decimal digit is less than 5, the decimal part will be canceled).
- Payment date: 07/10/2024 (due to 05/10/2024 and 06/10/2024 are not working days).
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will
carry out procedures to receive principal and interest of corporate bonds at GLEXHOMES Joint Stock Company (on weekdays) starting from 07/10/2024 and present their ID card.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 01/10/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
