Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 8% (Shareholders are entitled to 8 new share for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of additionally issued shares to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: on the record date, Shareholder A owns 205 shares, according to the ratio of exercising the right to receive dividends in shares from undistributed profit after tax of 8%, then the number of shares that Shareholder A receives is: (205:100) x 8 = 16.4 shares. According to the Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares, Shareholder A receives 16 shares, 0.4 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the headquarters of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp, address: 39 Pham Ngoc Thach, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.  ID cards have to be presented

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
