+ Approval of the Company's investment decisions with a value ranging from 35% to less than 50% of the total asset value recorded in the Company's most recent financial statement;
+ Approval of other issues (if any) within the authority of the General Meeting as stipulated by prevailing laws and the Company's charter.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
