LPB123015: Cancellation of bond registration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the bond registration cancellation from 25/7/2025 of the bond registering institution as follows:
From 25/7/2025, security code LPB123015, ISIN VNLPB1230157 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for LPB123015 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited LPB123015 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited LPB123015 bonds from investors' accounts on 25/7/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
Cancellation of securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. Fortune Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank is responsible for managing information about bonds and bondholders after bonds are deregistered at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with the applicable laws.
