Cancelling the execution of the interest and principal payment for bond DRT12104 on the record date of 11/10/2024.
Reason: Van Huong Company incorrectly stated the execution rate in the dossier of   principal and interest payment sent to VSDC. As the payment date is coming, and to ensure that bondholders receive the interest and principal in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond, the Company requests VSDC to cancel the execution of the interest and principal payment for bond DRT12104 on the record date of 11/10/2024. The company will independently execute the interest and principal payments to bondholders at the correct rate. The company commits to fully and timely fulfill the interest and principal payments, ensuring the rights of bondholders according to the announced terms and conditions of the bond.
