PLR12101: Cancellation of the list of bondholders for postal ballot

Pursuant to the document no.0508/2024/CV-PLR dated 05/08/2024 of Phuoc Long Real Estate Business & Investment Company Limited on cancelling the list of bondholders for postal ballot, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of bondholders for postal ballot, the record date: 26/07/2024 in accordance with Notice no.1467/TB-CNVSDC dated 17/07/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: the Issuer would liket to better prepare contents of postal ballot. The issuer will re-conduct procedures to finalize the list of bondholders as prescribed.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above bonds at DMs.
