Pursuant to the document no.93/2024/CV-ĐTP dated 24/06/2024 of  Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation (securities code: DPJ12201) on change of 23rd interest payment time, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of interest payment time (record date: 19/06/2024) as follows

Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is being limited in using cash flow due to force majeure events, so the 01/07/2024 period  interest payment cannot be made as previously announced.
During the period of belated payment, the issuer will be fully responsible for any penalty interest incurred related to belated payment as specified by the Information Disclosure Document. In case Dai Thinh Phat Company arranges cash source earlier than planned, payment will be made before the announced extension time.
Other contents in Notice no.1243/TB-CNVSDC dated 06/06/2024 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
