VXB: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the notice no. 37/2024/TB-VLXD dated 29/05/2024 of Ben Tre Construction Material Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting and 2023-2028 meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting and 2023-2028 meeting, the record date: 15/04/2024 in accordance with Notice no.728/TB-CNVSDC dated 26/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: the company needs more time to prepare the meeting materials for 2024 Annual general meeting and 2023-2028 meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting and 2023-2028 meeting, the record date: 15/04/2024 in accordance with Notice no.728/TB-CNVSDC dated 26/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
