Pursuant to the notice no. 201/2021/CV-VLXD dated 22nd December 2021 of Ben Tre Construction Material Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 29th December 2021 for postal ballot in accordance with Notice no.1547/TB-CNVSD dated 20th December 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: the Issuer changed plan of holding postal ballot
