CAP: Change of 2022-2023 cash dividend payment time
Pursuant to the document no.28/2024/CAP dated 24/05/2024 of Yen Bai Agro-Forestry Products & Foodstuff Corporation (securities code: CAP), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce change of 2022-2023 cash dividend payment time of CAP share as follows:
1. Announced information in the notice no.1076/TB-VSDC dated 06/03/2024 by VSDC:
- Payment date: 30/05/2024
2. Changed information
- Payment date: 31/07/2024
Reason: the Company has not arranged sufficient money for dividend payment as planned. Therefore, the Company needs more time to balance cash flow so as not to affect Company's production & business
Other contents in the document no.1076/TB-VSDC dated 06/03/2024 by VSDC remain unchanged.
