Pursuant to the document no.4684/2025/CV-SHB dated 13/8/2025 of Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank on cancelling the record date for 1st payment of bond interest of SHB125010 bond, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (CNVSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date for 1st payment of bond interest of SHB125010 bond no.2906/TB-VSDC dated 04/8/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: the issuer announced incorrect execution rate
Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank is responsible for fully and timely payment of interest of SHB125010 bonds to bondholders and arising disputes (if any).
