Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 50%/share (5,000 VND per share)
- Payment time: 30/05/2024
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting department of Yen Bai Agro-Forestry Products & Foodstuff Corporation, no.279 Nguyen Phuc road, Nguyen Phuc ward, Yen Bai city (on working days) from 30/05/2024. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Payment of Stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 100:50 (Shareholders are entitled to 50 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole numeber, the  fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 137 shares will be entitled to receive 68.5 shares (137x50/100 = 68.5). According to the rounding principle, A will only receive 68 shares, 0.5 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at  the Secretary department of Yen Bai Agro-Forestry Products & Foodstuff Corporation, no.279 Nguyen Phuc road, Nguyen Phuc ward, Yen Bai city. ID cards have to be presented.
