HES: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 50/CV-Haseco/2024 dated 04/05/2024 of Hanoi Entertainment Services Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting on the record date 25/03/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, record date: 25/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 1129/TB-VSDC dated 08/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The company need more time to complete the organization of 2024 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, record date: 25/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 1129/TB-VSDC dated 08/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
