VPH: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action processing

Pursuant to the document no. 04/2024/TB-VPH dated 29/03/2024 of Van Phat Hung Corporation on cancelling the list of 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting on the record date 15/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 312/TB-CNVSDC dated 26/02/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: Extend the time of the 2024 Annual General Meeting so that the Company has time to prepare procedures and documents to well organize the General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
