Pursuant to the document no.0026/CV-HĐQT dated 26/02/2024 of VVMI – Manufacturing and Materials Equipment Trading Joint Stock Company (securities code: TB8) on cancellation of the list of securities owners on the record date: 06/02/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 06/02/2024 in accordance with Notice no.89/TB-VSDC dated 09/01/2024 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: the Company needs more time for preparing the Annual general meeting better, ensuring compliance with prevailing laws and the Company's Charter.
