Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Meeting venue: Level-11 meeting hall, FPT Securities Joint Stock Company, No. 52 Lac Long Quan Street, Buoi ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi
- Meeting agenda: 
+ Approval of reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), independent BOD member of the Auditing Committee, the Management Board
+ Approval of 2023 audited financial statements and 2023 profit usage plan;
+ Approval of the authorization for the BOD to select 2024 auditing company;
+ Approval of share issuance scheme to raise 2024 charter capital 
+ Approval of 2024 plan to issue shares under the Company's employee option program (ESOP);
+ Approve of 2024 remuneration of the Board of Directors;
+ Approving the dismissal of members of the BOD for FPT Securities Joint Stock Company for 2023-2028 term (Mr. Taro Ueno)
+ Approved the election of an additional member of the BOD for FPT Securities Joint Stock Company for 2023-2028 term (Mr. Kenji Nakanishi);
+ Other issues within the authority of the General meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 28/02/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
