Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 2012-02/2023/CV-APG dated December 20, 2023 of APG Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code APG), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to correct information of postal ballot:

- Content: Approve the plan to increase charter capital, relocate the Company's headquarters and other contents under the authority of the General Meeting
2. Corrected information:
- Content: Approve the relocation of the Company's headquarters and other contents under the authority of approval by collecting shareholders' written opinions from the General Meeting.
Reason: According to the actual situation and the Company's plan.
