Pursuant to the notice no. 1033/TB-NĐBR dated 05/12/2023 of BaRia Thermal Power Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 14/12/2023 for postal ballot in accordance with Notice no. 1569/TB-CNVSDC dated 04/12/2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: the Company changed the plan of postal ballot
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
