Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh City would like to announce transferring of the data of registration and depository for BLF shares from HNX to UPCOM as follows:

- Total registered securities quantity: 11,500,000 shares
- Total registered securities value: 115,000,000,000 VND
From 07/12/2023, VSDC branch will transfer the data of registration and depository for BLF shares from HNX to UPCOM in VSDC's system.
Reason: Share of Bac Lieu Fisheries Joint Stock Company are delisted on HNX in accordance with Decision no.1185/QĐ-SGDHN dated 23/11/2023 by Hanoi Stock Exchange and meet criteria of a public company subject to registration for trading on UPCOM as stipulated in Article 133 Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP  dated 31/12/2020 by the Government
