Pursuant to the document no 546/MTĐT-TCHC dated 26/10/2023 of DaNang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company about cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions to attend 2023 extraordinary general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows: 
Cancellation of the List of Shareholders of DNE for Corporate Actions to attend the 2023 extraordinary general meeting at the record date 03/10/2023 according to document no. 2468/TB-VSDC dated 14/09/2023 of VSDC.
Reason: The company needs more time to seek opinions from the authority on the content presented at the meeting. The time for re-convening will be announced specifically after receiving opinions from the authority.
