Based on the document no.08/VPC dated 17/10/2023 from Vietnam Power Investment Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the list of shareholders exercising their rights,  Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) announces the following:
Canceling the list of VPC shareholders to 2023 Annual General Meeting, with record date on 31/05/2023 as on Announcement No. 1528/TB-VSD dated 15/05/2023 by VSDC.
Reason: the document preparation has not been completed, the Annual General Meeting in 2023 will not organized as planned.
VSDC informs the depositary members (DMs) and conveys this information to the shareholders who have above shares deposited at DMs.
