Pursuant to the document no. 311/CtyMTĐTAG dated 31st August 2023 of An Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 extraordinary general meeting, record date: 23rd August 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1144/TB-CNVSD dated 9th August 2023 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The Corporation needs more time to prepare for 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 extraordinary general meeting, record date: 23rd August 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1144/TB-CNVSD dated 9th August 2023 by VSDC's Branch.
