Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Payment rate: 15%/share (1,500 VND per share)
- Payment time: 13th September 2023
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited:
* Receipt via bank transfer (fees are born by shareholders), the following documents are required:
For individuals: Request for bank transfer (the form is provided) and a notarized ID cards of shareholders, a copy of passbook
For institutions: Request for bank transfer (the form is provided) and a copy of Certificate of business registration
* Receipt in cash, the following documents are required:
Shareholders will receive dividend at the Finance-Accounting Department of South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company, Level 5, 22 Ly Tu Trong, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City on working days from 13th September 2023. ID cards, passbooks have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 31st August 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
