Pursuant to the notice no. 1268/TB-HCCB dated 21/12/2023 of South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for payment of 2023 cash dividend, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce cancel the record date: 29/12/2023 for payment of 2023 cash dividend in accordance with Notice no. 1559/TB-CNVSDC dated 01/12/2023 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Postponing the payment of 2023 cash dividends to improve the efficiency of capital use.
