·     For individual shareholders: Application for receiving dividend by bank transfer (using provided form) with notarized copy of shareholder's ID card, copy of Shareholder's Book.
·     For institutions: Application for receiving dividend by bank transfer (using provided form) with notarized copy of Business Registration Certificate.
b. Receiving dividend in cash, documents for receiving dividend:
·     The owner executes procedures to receive dividend at the Accounting - Finance Department of Southern Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company (5th floor, No. 22 Ly Tu Trong, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) (during office hours on weekdays) from October 17, 2025
