MCG: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no. 92/TB-MCG dated 7th June 2023 of MCG Energy And Real Estate Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 21st April 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1184/TB-VSD dated 6th April 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: Due to the delisting of the Company, during the transition from HOSE to UPCOM, the Company could not disclose information about the General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
