Regarding the exercise of the right to make the 16th payment of bond interest of Ba Na Service Cable Car Joint Stock Company, bond code BNC12102 (the record date (RDC): August 20, 2025, the payment date: September 8, 2025), Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation would like to announce as follows:
- Cancel notice No. 2918/TB-VSDC dated August 5, 2025 on the record date and confirmation of the list of bondholders exercising the right to make  the 16th payment of bond interest of BNC12102 bonds on the Record date of August 20, 2025.
- Reason for cancellation: The issuer plans to make bond redemption before maturity and pay directly to the bondholders.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the BNC12102 bonds at DMs.
