DPJ12202: Change of the bond interest payment time

Pursuant to the document no.110/2025/CV-ĐTP dated 03/09/2025 of Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation (bonds code: DPJ12202) on change of the 37th interest payment time, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of interest payment time of DPJ12202 bonds (record date: 25/08/2025) as follows:
- Information announced in the document No. 1498/TB-CNVSDC dated 07/08/2025:
Payment time: 09/09/2025
- Adjustment information:
Payment time: 09/12/2025 (the 1st adjustment)
Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is being restricted from using cash flow due to force majeure events, so the interest payment date on 09/09/2025 cannot be made on time as previously announced.
During the period of belated payment, Securities Registration Institution shall be fully responsible for any interest penalties arising from the belated payment as stipulated in the Information Disclosure. In case Securities Registration Institution arranges the source of funds earlier than planned, the payment will be made before the announced extension period.
Other contents in the documents no. 1498/TB-CNVSDC dated 07/08/2025 issued by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.During the period of belated payment, Securities Registration Institution shall be fully responsible for any interest penalties arising from the belated payment as stipulated in the Information Disclosure. In case Securities Registration Institution arranges the source of funds earlier than planned, the payment will be made before the announced extension period.
