Pursuant to the document no. 86A/AMC dated 8th May 2023 of Asia Mineral Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 15th March 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 15th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 341/TB-VSD dated 17th February 2023 by VSD.
Reason: The company needs more time for better preparation of personnel in the new term
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
