ODE: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the Notice no.03/2023/ODE-TB dated 16th March 2023 of ODE Media and Entertainment Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: ODE) on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 15th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 505/TB-VSD dated 23rd February 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: ODE Media and Entertainment Group Joint Stock Company needs more time to prepare contents seeking opinions of the General meeting and better prepare for the meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
