- Planned meeting venue: level 5 meeting hall, Sunshine Center building, 16 Pham Hung, Tu Liem ward, Hanoi
- Meeting format: virtually and/or physically depending on the actual situation. Official meeting format will be announced on Company's website and/or the invitation letters

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
