Pursuant to the Notice no.90/2023/CV-CII dated 14th March 2023 of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 14th March 2023 for 2022 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no.203/TB-CNVSD dated 21st February 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: Extending time to prepare documents and materials for 2022 Annual General Meeting
This notice of VSD's Branch is for DMs' information and notification to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date of 14th March 2023 for 2022 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no.203/TB-CNVSD dated 21st February 2023 by VSD's Branch.
