Pursuant to the notice no.64/TB-ST8 dated 16th August 2022 of Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the record date for 2022 Extraordinary general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 18th August 2022 for 2022 Extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the Notice no.1119/TB-CNVSD dated 26th July 2022 by VSD's Branch
Reason: the arrangement has not been finalized, the Company needs more time for arrangement.
This notice of VSD's Branch is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited above shares at DMs.
