Reason for the change:  the Company's source for dividend payment depends on the construction payment from the investors. However, the payment is not as scheduled and is curently in the process of disbursement, and thus affect the dividend payment schedule.  
Other contents in Document No. 6010/VSD-ĐK dated 29th June 2020 by VSD remain unchanged.
