In accordance with document no. 139 CT/CV-TCKT dated 23rd October 2017 of Song Da Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the 11th change of 2011 and 2012 cash dividend payment date (record date: 14th November 2013) as follows:

Reason for the change: the Company's source for dividend payment depends on the construction payment from the investors. However, the payment is not as scheduled and is curently in the process of disbursement, and thus affect the dividend payment schedule.
