According to Notice no.45 CT/CV-TCKT dated 24th December 2018 of Song Da Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Company (securities code: SDE), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce 14th change of 2011&2012 cash dividend payment time (the rcord date: 14/11/2018) as follows:

Adjusted information:
Payment time: 30th June 2020
Reason: Currently, the dividend payment source of the Company depends on the payment of the completed construction volume from the investor but presently the payment from the investor is behind the schedule and is in the process of completing procedures to disburse, thus affecting the dividend payment plan of the Company.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited SDE shares at DMs
