VE2: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

According to Document No. 47/TB/VNECO2-TCHC dated 9th April 2022 of VNECO 2 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (VE2) as regards cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting on the record date 15th December 2021 in accordance with Notice no.3487/TB-VSD dated 29th November 2021 by VSD.
Reason: the preparation for 2022 annual general meeting has not been completed.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to investors who have deposited VE2 shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting on the record date 15th December 2021 in accordance with Notice no.3487/TB-VSD dated 29th November 2021 by VSD.
