VE2: Cancellation of Record Date for 2017 Cash Dividend Payment

According to Document No. 111 CV/VNECO2-TCKT dated 27th August 2018 of VNECO 2 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (VE2) as regards cancellation of the record date for 2017 dividend payment, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
VE2 cancelled the record date for fixing shareholder list on the record date 4th September 2018 (Notice No. 2648/TB-VSD dated 21st August 2018 by VSD)
Reason: as requested by Hanoi Stock Exchange for the reason that the company did not satisfy sufficient days in compliance with the regulation on information disclosure.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to investors who have deposited VE2 shares at DMs.
VE2 cancelled the record date for fixing shareholder list on the record date 4th September 2018 (Notice No. 2648/TB-VSD dated 21st August 2018 by VSD)
