Pursuant to the document no. 93/CV - DVVTSG dated 22nd April 2022 of Saigon Transport Agency Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 18th March 2022 in accordance with Notice 249/TB-CNVSD dated 25th February 2022 by VSD's branch.
Reason: Because the document preparation for 2022 Annual General Meeting could not be completed as early as planned and the meeting time was too close to April 30 and May 1; To facilitate the smooth organization of 2022 Annual General Meeting with a large number of attendees.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
