LCS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for 2022 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 35/CV-LCS dated 21st March 2022 of Licogi 16.6 Joint Stock Company (LCS) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 3rd March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 373/TB-VSD dated 15th February 2022 by VSD.
Reason: due to Covid-19 situation and the Company's new personnel plan, 2022 Annual general meeting will be not organized as regulated.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 3rd March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 373/TB-VSD dated 15th February 2022 by VSD.
