LCS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 18/2021/CV-TGĐ dated 12th April 2021 of Licogi 16.6 Joint Stock Company (LCS) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 24th March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 761/TB-VSD dated 9th March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: due to change of member of the Board of Directors, the Company needs more time to well prepare personnel for the meeting, complying with prevailing laws and the Charter.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
