YEG: Cancellation of the Notice on Finalizing the List for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.0173A/2022/YEG-TB dated 18th March 2022 of Yeah1 Group Corporation regarding cancellaton of the notice on finalizing the list for corporate actions, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 28th March 2022 for 2022 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no.390/TB-CNVSD dated 8th March 2022 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: the Issuer cancelled the record date of 28th March 2022 for 2022 annual general meeting because meeting materials are not well prepared due to the lack of completion of the audit report according to the Decision No. 01703/2022/YEG/QD-HĐQT by the Board of Directors
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
