- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any): The issued shares for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the unit. The decimal fractional (if any) will be removed. The remaining number of shares that shareholders do not buy upon exercising the right (if any) will be decided by the Board of Directors on parties and the quantity to bring the highest benefit to the Company. The selling price of the remaining shares is not less than 10,000 VND.
