TCJ: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 249/2021/TB-CTTC dated 11th November 2021 of To Chau Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, the record date of 27th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 803 dated 10th May 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid-19, the Company is unable to organize 2021 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
