Saigon Trading and Service Joint Stock Company, a state enterprise that was equitized and issued with Certificate of joint stock company registration in 2004, fails to meet conditions of a public company and requests to cancel Securities registration because it is not subject to registration for securities in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 32/2021/TT-BTC dated 17th May 2021 of the Ministry of Finance.

- From 19th November 2021, VSD will not accept lodging, withdrawal and ownership transfer of SSE shares. DMs are kindly request to inform investors accordingly.
- From 22nd November 2021, the share code of SSE, ISIN VN000000SSE0 issued by VSD will become invalid and VSD will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of SSE shares.
