Pursuant to the document no. 185/VB-SATRASECO dated 22nd November 2021 of Saigon Trading and Service Joint Stock Company on 2021 Annual general meeting and 3rd payment of 2020 cash dividend, Vietnam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
- Saigon Trading and Service Joint Stock Company was approved for cancelling SSE securities registration on 22nd November 2021 due to failure of meeting conditions of a public company and not being subject to registration of securities transactions in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 32/2021/TT-BTC dated 17th May 2021 of the Ministry of Finance.
- All SSE shares belongs to shareholders whose securities are not deposited and registered for trading or listed on the Stock Exchange. The Issuer would like to cancel processing corporate actions at VSD according to Notice No. 1413/TB-CNVSD dated 11th November 2021 by VSD's Branch and will process corporate actions at the Issuer.
