LGM: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 163/CV-LGM dated 4th November 2021 of Leather Footwear and Garment Making Exporting Corporation (Legamex) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 1st June 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 841/TB-CNVSD dated 13th May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: due to Covid-19 in Hochiminh city, the Company would like to postpone the General Meeting and cancel the list of shareholders finalized on the above record date.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
