AGM: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 457/TB-XNK dated 4th October 2021 of An Giang Import Export Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for postal ballot on the record date 15th September 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1202/TB-CNVSD dated 1st September 2021 by VSD’s Branch.
Reason: the Issuer has to add items proposed to the Meeting, so there is a change of meeting time and meeting method from postal ballot to Extraordinary general meeting. The Issuer will announce meeting time later.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
