Pursuant to the document no. 32/TB-XNK dated 20th January 2022 of An Giang Import Export Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for Extraordinary General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for Extraordinary General Meeting on the record date of 21st October 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1304/TB-CNVSD dated 8th October 2021 by VSD’s Branch.
Reason: Due to the postponement of the Extraordinary General Meeting close to 2022 Annual General Meeting.
